Timings: Applications are received between 0900-1030
hrs on all working days, and delivery is open between 1600-1645 hrs on
the specified days.
Applications from Indian nationals resident in Tanzania are processed more expeditiously if accompanied with proof of residence in Tanzania.
Fees: All fees are payable in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS), in cash, at the time of applying. Fees once paid are normally non-refundable, even if the application is withdrawn or the service applied for is refused for whatever reason.
For any emergency passport or consular service outside office hours or on a holiday, a fee of TZS 45,000 will be charged.
For any service outside the High Commission, all additional costs are charged extra.
